Shipping – Straight to Your Wardrobe
- Order Cutoff Time: If you place your order before 3 pm AEST, we’ll get it processed the same day! Missed the cutoff? No worries, it’ll be sorted the next business day.
- Processing Time: We’ll have your order packed and ready to go in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), because no one likes to wait!
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will usually land at your door in 4-6 working days (Monday to Friday). Keep an eye out for that delivery!

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives looking a bit worse for wear, that’s definitely not the vibe we’re going for. Snap a photo and flick us a message at info@zulafashion.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods, and we’ll make it right, quick-smart.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No probs – as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it for you, hassle-free. Just email us at info@zulafashion.au before we pop it in the post, and we’ll take care of it. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to follow our returns process.
